The Taurus’ hands-free operation provided (usually guitar-driven) songs a bass synthesizer part without requiring another band member! This portion, operated via foot pedals similar to church pipe organs, handled bass duties. Back in the 70’s The Taurus had originally been designed by Moog as part of a trio of synthesizers called the Constellation. You don’t need to tell your keyboard which plugin you are using – it already knows, and you can switch between multiple plugins and your keyboard follows you all the way presenting you with “top level”* parameters that map directly onto each plugin! The following is a growing list of third-party instrument plugins that have “automagic” mapping to the VPOTS on the Novation FLKey and Arturia Gen3 series of keyboards for FL Studio (There are now over 100!)
